Yes Elizabeth. That site is the government site Scottish records. You can certainly get them there. It’s a pay site, but if you have the details of who you are looking for and the dates it keeps

Thanks Ian, I had suspected Wm was the son of Colin and Elizabeth proctor as they had a lot of chidren at Dalavich as shown on the 1881 census and on familysearch.org but I had no proof,
